Questions

1. What attracted you to being a psychotherapist?

We all go through highs and lows in life. My own experience in therapy helped me understand the power of therapy for fostering self-understanding, acceptance, and rectifying past wrongs. As a therapist, I love walking hand in hand with people to make sense of it all.

2. How would you describe your approach with your clients?

My goal as a therapist is for clients to lead their own therapy journey. Being emotionally connected with my clients is a priority for me, and I spend time getting to know my clients on a deep level. I also frequently check in to clarify goals, and provide clients with tools and different perspectives to make the best decisions for themselves.

3. What's your favorite quote about mental health?

“The only normal people are the ones you don’t know very well.”

- Alfred Adler

4. What has surprised you the most about being a psychotherapist?

There are truly no two individuals who are exactly alike, and there is no one size fits all
approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with my clients is always a rewarding and enlightening experience.
