FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. You don’t need all the answers to start. Therapy can help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to understand what’s beneath the surface.

5. Can therapy help even if I don’t know what’s wrong?

There’s no major difference. Talk therapy is a common term for many types of individual therapy. It simply refers to the process of speaking with a therapist to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Most individual therapy sessions use talk therapy techniques, along with approaches like mindfulness, coping tools, or CBT.

4. What’s the difference between individual therapy and talk therapy?

No. Many people seek therapy without a diagnosis. Others come after a diagnosis like anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder.

3. Do I need to have a specific diagnosis?

Most clients come once per week. We’ll work with your schedule and preferences to create a rhythm that feels right for you.

2. How often do sessions happen?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate life's challenges, therapy can help you find direction and relief.

For additional information, please contact our office at info@innervoicepc.com

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
