Why does someone seek individual counseling services? More often then not clients who contact us for individual therapy are looking for ways to better cope with life stressors. Anxiety and depression are common feelings that come up when we struggle with relationship issues, chronic pain or infertility, work or career concerns, and family stress, just to list a few.
Some clients seek counseling because life transitions such as divorce, death of a loved one, or even moving to a new city, can leave a person feeling, “lost”. Sometimes you may just be searching for ways to achieve personal growth, greater purpose or satisfaction with your career or relationships. A number of our clients have also experienced challenges related to addictions or have experienced an event with a traumatic impact where they see themselves and the world around them differently and having a therapist trained in trauma can be really healing and corrective.
Whatever your concern, our highly skilled therapists here at InnerVoice Psychotherapy & Consultation provide client-centered psychotherapy and strive to provide a safe environment to explore your feelings and help to achieve your goals.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service by contacting info@innervoicepc.com. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
