We work with both. Many people come to relationship therapy on their own to better understand and improve how they relate to others. Most couples attend sessions together, but relationship therapy is also valuable for one partner navigating concerns individually.
We help clients with communication challenges, intimacy concerns, emotional distance, trust issues, repeated relationship patterns, breakups, and more. Relationship therapy can also support personal growth and deeper self-understanding.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
