Since its founding nearly 15 years ago, IVPC has worked to keep mental health services affordable and accessible to everyone who needed it. This is why IVPC has committed to remaining an insurance-friendly practice and accept policies from most health insurance carriers (i.e. Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna etc.). With rising costs of living and inflation and little to no increases in insurance reimbursement rates, we have experienced the need to increase our base prices. This is the first broad increase IVPC has made in years.

Please keep in mind, this change will not impact many of our clients and for those it will impact we will be in touch to discuss how we can make this increase as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide our clients with the quality services they deserve and for what everyone has come to expect from IVPC.


A Note to Our Clients

Session Fees

Initial Individual Intake Session: $200 

Subsequent Individual Sessions: $175

EMDR Therapy Individual Session: $50 additional

Initial Couples/Family/Conjoint Therapy: $225

Subsequent Couples/Family/Conjoint Sessions: $200

*Reduced fee options are available for those who can demonstrate economic need.

**Fees listed will be effective 9/1/2022 and will increase $5 each year starting January 2024

Insurance & Fees

For those interested in using their health insurance benefits, session fees are subject to insurance contracted rates.  

*Clients are responsible for knowing their behavioral health benefits at the time of services.  

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, United Health Care/United Behavioral Health (UBH), Aetna, Evernorth and Cigna insurance plans.   

Clients may also have out-of-network benefits available to them if needed. Please contact your insurance carrier member services for more information.   

Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a charge of $150* will be incurred the day of the missed appointment.

Also, this cancellation fee may apply to clients who are 20 mins or more late for their appointment.

*Please note FSA/HSA cards cannot be used for cancellation fees therefore if the need arises, the credit card on file will be charged the fee.
