FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Just reach out. We will schedule an initial appointment and match you with a therapist who aligns with your goals and background.

5. How do I get started with career counseling?

Absolutely. We support people who are in the middle of a job search, preparing for interviews or recovering from a layoff. Therapy can help you build emotional resilience, improve focus and even assist you in restoring your self confidence.

4. Can this help with job search anxiety or burnout?

That’s very common. Career counseling helps you get clearer on what matters to you, what excites you and what types of work environments match your values. It’s a creative process, not just a checklist.

3. What if I do not know what my career goals are?

Yes. You don’t have to leave your job to benefit. We can help you explore what is not working, identify stressors and create strategies through tailored guidance to improve how you manage your work life.

2. Can career counseling help if I feel stuck but do not want to change jobs?

Career counseling is provided by licensed therapists who can help you explore emotional blocks, work stress or long-term dissatisfaction. Career coaching often focuses on external goals, while counseling supports a deeper process of personal reflection to help you foster a better understanding and gain emotional insight.
