I was drawn to being a psychotherapist because I have seen how powerful it is to feel truly heard and supported. From a young age, I was deeply curious about people’s emotions and experiences, and I’ve always found purpose in showing up for others during difficult moments. Therapy offers a space for connection, healing, and growth- and I’m grateful to be part of that journey. I love that every person’s story is unique, and I continue to learn from each client I work with. It’s deeply meaningful to help people navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover a path forward that feels authentic to them.

1. What attracted you to being a psychotherapist?

Questions

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe therapy works best as a partnership; clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support, guide, and empower them. Together, we build on their strengths and work toward meaningful growth and healing. Most importantly, I want my clients to know they don’t have to go through anything alone.

2. How would you describe your approach with your clients?

"We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to." – Brené Brown

3. What's your favorite quote about mental health?

What has surprised me most about being a psychotherapist is how much I continue to learn from my clients. I’m constantly in awe of their strength, resilience, and willingness to engage in the healing process. The trust they place in therapy, and in me, is incredibly powerful. Every session brings new insights into human connection and growth, and I’m reminded again and again why this work means so much to me. It’s an honor to be part of someone’s healing journey.
