I believe that difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. I have journeyed down difficult paths throughout my life and I have found beauty in each experience. Through therapy, awareness and self-reflection I have been able to gain a new perspective on my life, my choices and the freedoms that I have everyday. I am passionate about giving clients the space to explore their feelings while finding their own path forward.

2. How would you describe your approach with your clients?

3. What's your favorite quote about mental health?

I am constantly amazed by how resilient the human mind and bodies are. The relationship between our mind and body continues to surprise me daily. We may often forget or just need a reminder that our thoughts, attitudes and behaviors can impact our physical health. It is a complex subject, but I believe that it begins with awareness, which is important in building a better relationship between our minds and bodies.
