My journey with therapy began at 13, it was a transformative experience that left a lasting impact on me. I was fortunate to have access to the support I needed, but I recognize that not everyone has the same opportunity. This realization fuels my passion to provide the kind of support that my counselor once offered me—someone who truly listened, understood, and helped me navigate life's challenges. I am dedicated to being that same source of support for those who need it, offering a safe space to heal and grow.

3. What's your favorite quote about mental health?
The universality of some concerns and issues has been the most surprising aspect of being a psychotherapist. While every individual’s experience is unique, I’ve found that many people share similar struggles, whether it’s managing anxiety, navigating relationships, or facing self- doubt. It’s both humbling and comforting to see how common certain challenges are across diverse backgrounds. This realization helps me build deeper connections with clients, as it reminds me that no one is truly alone in their struggles.
